SEATTLE, WA January 15, 2004--e-Learning Consulting announced the immediate availability of Test Builder, a $149 authoring tool that creates tests and quizzes. Test Builder supports multiple question types including true-false, multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank and matching questions. Test Builder supports SCORM, the standard way to communicate between a test and a Learning Management System.

Authors create tests with a text editor. Absolutely no programming is required. Test Builder provides an option to randomize the sequence of questions and choices. It can also randomly select questions from a question pool and limit the number of attempts.
